Review mechanical design drawings, technical specifications, and project documents.
Prepare and revise shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built documentation for HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems.
Coordinate with electrical, structural, and architectural teams to resolve clashes and ensure design compatibility.
Submit and follow up on material submittals, RFIs, method statements, and other technical documents.
Perform quantity take-offs and prepare bills of quantities (BOQs) and procurement requests.
Support site teams with technical queries, modifications, and installation guidance.
Ensure mechanical systems comply with local codes and international standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, IPC, etc.).
Participate in project coordination meetings with consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
Maintain and update logs for mechanical submissions, revisions, and approvals.
Prepare technical reports and documentation as required for project progress tracking.

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in mechanical technical office work (HVAC, firefighting, plumbing).
Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and mechanical calculation software (e.g., HAP, Elite, DuctSizer).
Familiarity with BIM coordination tools (e.g., Navisworks, BIM 360) is an advantage.
Strong understanding of mechanical design principles and construction methods.
Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
