Job Description
Responsible for promoting and providing technical expertise on Promech solutions to potential customers during the pre-sales stage. They must prepare and deliver training sessions to customers and obtain the required E-Learning certifications from management. The engineer will also provide support services for CAD, metrology, and additive manufacturing solutions upon customer request.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively convey technical information to customers and team members.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment to meet project deadlines and exceed customer expectations.
- Proven ability to learn new technologies and software quickly and effectively.
