Internship Description
- Participate in technical training programs on KraussMaffei machines (CX, MX, PX series) and automation systems.
- Assist senior service engineers with installation, commissioning, and start-up of new machines.
- Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities under supervision.
- Learn to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues.
- Document service activities through detailed service reports and share findings with the service manager.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by providing professional support.
- Follow safety procedures and company standards during all service activities.
- Provide feedback to the service and sales teams on customer needs and machine performance.
Internship Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering.
- Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of relevant experience.
- Basic knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and automation systems is a plus.
- Good understanding of technical drawings and schematics.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication skills in English and Arabic (German is a plus).
