Key Responsibilities:
Engage with potential clients through calls, emails, and other communication channels to understand their moving requirements.
Provide quotes and service details tailored to the unique needs of each client.
Convert leads into confirmed bookings, ensuring maximum conversion rates.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge about our moving services, pricing structures, and the competitive landscape.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure a seamless customer experience from inquiry to service delivery.
Provide periodic feedback and insights from customer interactions to improve our service offerings.
Schedule:
40-60 hours per week (Shift details to be discussed during the interview process)

Job Requirements

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Basic computer skills for CRM usage and email communication
