Job Description
The ideal candidate should be an experienced digital account manager with 3 years of experience working at a digital marketing agency.
- Holding kick-off meetings with new clients to identify their business objectives.
- Extract the needed information from the client to brief the team.
- Manage a team of designers & content writers to deliver clients' deliverables.
- Follow up on deliverables and make sure they meet the deadline.
- Extract and analyze data across multiple channels to report to stakeholders.
- Interface daily with multiple stakeholders to identify new needs & manage arising problems.
- Grow revenue through digital media by designing & executing (B2B &B2B) marketing strategies for the agency's in-house projects and for multiple clients.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of previous experience as a digital account manager in a digital marketing agency
- A Bachelor of business administration or mass communication with a major in marketing is a must.
- Fluent English both spoken and written.
- Articulate and well accustomed to a client-facing role.
