Job Description

Identify specific growth and engagement objectives for each social platform, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.

Conduct research, develop, and implement social testing strategies to expand social reach, engagement, and referral traffic.

Craft, schedule, and publish daily social content across accounts, with a strong emphasis on generating engagement and increasing traffic for both editorial and branded posts.

Continuously test and experiment with optimal posting schedules (day/time), content types (video, text, photo, etc.), post frequency, and the right mix of posts to drive engagement versus traffic.

Monitor analytics consistently to comprehend the performance of posts on various platforms and adjust the social lineup as necessary.

Utilize social media listening tools to track discussions about our brands, gaining valuable insights into what matters most to our audience for increased engagement.

Compile weekly social reports for the team, highlighting top-performing posts to update editorial/production teams on successful content, trends, and tactics.

Propose story ideas to editors and generate content for social media.

Conceptualize and create original assets for platforms like Facebook and Instagram.

Monitor the competitive landscape to identify trends and opportunities.

Stay updated with the latest social media best practices and technological changes, including algorithm updates, platform enhancements, and new software/products.

Perform other tasks as requested.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree.

Experience 2:4 Years as An Account Manager.

Excellent Handling, Problem Solving, Account Management Skills.

Able to work/learn in a fast-paced environment.

Energetic, well-handled with pressure, self-motivated, and looking for a challenge.

Able to work in teams.
