Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Specialist to manage our company’s online presence across all social platforms. The ideal candidate will develop strategies to increase brand awareness, engage with our audience, and promote our construction and finishing services. This role involves creating engaging content, tracking performance, and adapting to trends in the construction industry to drive growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Content Creation: Develop and design engaging posts (including images, videos, infographics) tailored to the construction and finishing industry for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others.
• Social Media Strategy: Plan and execute social media campaigns aligned with marketing goals, focusing on increasing leads, brand visibility, and client engagement.
• Community Engagement: Monitor comments, messages, and reviews on social platforms, responding professionally and timely to inquiries or feedback.
• Analytics and Reporting: Track performance metrics (e.g., likes, shares, comments, conversion rates) and prepare regular reports to measure ROI and optimize strategies.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and project management teams to align social media content with ongoing projects, services, and client testimonials.
• Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices, especially within the construction and finishing sector.
• Brand Voice: Maintain a consistent brand voice across all platforms to reflect the professionalism and quality of our services.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
• Knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and SEO.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Ability to create visually appealing content (graphic design or basic video editing skills are a plus).
• Analytical mindset with the ability to track and report on performance.
• Familiarity with construction, finishing, or related industries is a plus but not required.
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory based on experience).
