Job Description

  • Understand the department’s hiring needs with the line managers to prepare the annual manpower plan according to the approved headcount budget.
  • Keep the job descriptions update.
  • Coordinate the best fit recruitment tools that would cover providing the competent talents the company do require.
  • Participate in employment fairs and arrange with the concerned parties internal and external related matters.
  • Collect CVs from different recruitment channels
  • Screen CVs and assess the potential candidates based on competency based interviews & conduct reference check for the accepted candidates.
  • Coordinate with the compensation and benefits team the offering process till the candidate is being placed onboard.
  • Update employees’ status for the assigned departments using HITS application.
  • Prepare and present a monthly staffing progress report showing the progress of the hiring versus the set time plan

Job Requirements

  • University Degree, preferable in Business Administration, related studies in Human Resources is a plus.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in HR mainly in recruitment.
  • Excellent Knowledge of MS Office.
