Our core focus is revolutionizing Human Resources Management Systems (HRMS) to empower organizations to in efficiently managing their workforce efficiently and achieving organizational success. As we expand, we are actively seeking a skilled and experienced HRMS Implementor to join our team and contribute to maximizing our clients’ HR systems’ potential.

As a HRMS Implementor, you will play a pivotal role in implementing, customizing, and optimizing HRMS solutions for our clients.

Key duties and responsibilities of the HRSM Senior Consultant:

Client Collaboration: 

  • Work closely with our clients to understand their HRMS needs.
  • Provide expert guidance on system design and implementation strategies, ensuring compliance with the Egyptian or Gulf labor law.

System Implementation: 

  • Implement workshop sessions to analysis business requirements or the HRCM.
  • Functional & Non-functional requirements elicitation and documentation and gets customer approval.
  • Identify and recommend product customizations, enhancements or work-around to meet client requirements.
  • Write testing scenarios & scripts and performs (unit, function and integration test).
  • Perform orientation sessions describing functional & non-functional requirements for project different teams’ members.
  • Ensure smooth and accurate migration of data from legacy systems to the new HRMS platform.
  • Conduct rigorous system testing, identify issues, and resolve them to ensure seamless functionality.
  • Provide comprehensive training on system usage.
  • Offer ongoing support and guidance as needed.
  • Improve HR process through effective system implementation.
  • Perform End user training - Maintains documentation of application administration.

Project Management: 

  • Manage project timelines and milestones, ensuring on-time and successful implementations.
  • Coordinate with client team members in the project planning and implementation.
  • Ensure that project deliverables are complete on time.
  • Report/plan issues/risks that might impact project to resolve/mitigate impact.

Client Satisfaction: 

  • Maintain strong client relationships.
  • Ensure client expectations are met or exceeded.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, human resources, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 4 years of proven experience as an HRMS Implementor or in a related role.
  • Preferably in-depth knowledge of HRSM systems and software, including experience with popular HRMS platforms.
  • Proficiency in system configuration, data migration, and customization.
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong attention to details.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) Functional is a plus.
  • Pre-sales, Demonstration practical experience is a plus.
  • Experience or strong knowledge of MS CRM or HRMS is a plus.
  • Proficient in English languages (reading, writing, and speaking)
  • Willingness to travel as required for the role (if needed)
