Job Description
BCS-DEV is a Microsoft Solution Partner, specializing in integrated business solutions (ERP) and Human Capital Management (HCM). Established in 2015, we ensure the provision of first class, high-impact business software solutions.
Our core focus is re-innovating the Human Resources Management Systems (HRMS). We leverage Microsoft Dynamic 365 features to build platforms like AJR HCM Solution, the first HCM add-in validated solution in Egypt, seamlessly integrated with Microsoft core functions.
As we expand, we are actively seeking a skilled and experienced HRMS Implementor to join our team and contribute to maximizing our clients’ HR systems’ potential. As a HRMS Implementor, you will play a pivotal role in implementing, customizing, and optimizing HRMS solutions for our clients, particularly Microsoft Dynamic 365 Human Resources and AJR HCM.
Key duties and responsibilities:
- Client Collaboration:
- Work closely with our clients to understand their HRMS needs.
- Assist with providing guidance on system design and implementation, ensuring compliance with the Egyptian or Gulf labor law.
- System Implementation:
- Implement workshop sessions to analysis business requirements or the HRCM.
- Functional & Non-functional requirements elicitation and documentation and gets customer approval.
- Write testing scenarios & scripts and performs (unit, function and integration test).
- Perform orientation sessions describing functional & non-functional requirements for project different teams’ members.
- Conduct rigorous system testing, identify issues, and resolve them to ensure seamless functionality.
- Provide comprehensive training on system usage.
- Offer ongoing support and guidance as needed.
- Perform End user training - Maintains documentation of application administration.
- Client Satisfaction:
- Maintain strong client relationships.
- Ensure client expectations are met or exceeded.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, human resources, or related fields.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as an HRMS Implementor or in a related role.
- Preferably knowledge of HRMS systems and software, including experience with popular HRMS platforms (ERP).
- Fair HR background in payroll calculations, insurance, salary tax, personnel, disciplinary…etc.)
- Skilled in system configuration, data migration, and customization.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong attention to details.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
- Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) Functional is a plus.
- Pre-sales, Demonstration practical experience is a plus.
- Proficient in English languages (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Willingness to travel as required for the role (if needed)
- Self-motivated and directed with keen attention to detail.
