Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
- Identify and target large-scale clients, including businesses, distributors, and retailers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to secure bulk sales contracts.
- Develop customized proposals and negotiate terms to close high-value deals.
Sales Operations:
- Leverage a company-provided small truck with a driver to deliver products and enhance the customer experience.
- Ensure timely delivery of products and address any client concerns related to the sales process.
Market Research and Strategy:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and assess their needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends to tailor sales strategies effectively.
Reporting and Collaboration:
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to management.
- Collaborate with the production and logistics teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in FMCG or tissue products.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Basic understanding of logistics and delivery coordination.
- Availability to work full-time from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
