Job Description:
Join Ghurfa, an online furniture brand, as an E-commerce Assistant to support daily operations, including customer service, order fulfillment, and inventory management. You will work closely with the founder, handling a variety of tasks to ensure smooth business operations.
Responsibilities:
- Process and manage customer orders, coordinating shipping effectively.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Update and manage product listings on Shopify, Amazon, Noon, and Jumia, ensuring accuracy and appeal (this is a key responsibility).
- Post engaging content on social media and interact with followers.
- Assist with general administrative tasks and basic accounting duties.
