Responsibilities & Duties
- Develop and present compelling media proposals, including cost breakdowns and timelines, to clients, guiding them towards the most effective advertising strategies.
- Collaborate with creative teams and clients to advise on optimal media combinations.
- Negotiate and secure the most favorable advertising rates aligned with agreed-upon media strategies.
- Manage media budgets effectively, maintain accurate advertising spend records, and reconcile invoices.
- Oversee all aspects of media planning, including implementation, reporting, optimization, and budget adjustments.
- Maintain a strong social media presence across all relevant digital channels.
- Proactively brainstorm innovative growth strategies.
- Execute end-to-end media buying campaigns across various platforms, encompassing planning, targeting, KPI setting, budget allocation, reporting, and performance analysis.
- Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness, drive website traffic, and acquire leads/customers.
- Utilize web analytics tools to evaluate campaign performance, optimize strategies, and gain valuable insights into audience behavior.
- Execute campaigns across a diverse range of platforms, including Snapchat, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Google Ads.
- Build, manage, and optimize social media campaigns and retargeting efforts.
- Develop and implement campaign strategies that align with brand objectives, highlight key products/services, and increase brand visibility.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling assets to support campaigns.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), track campaign performance, and provide valuable insights to the marketing team.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and innovations in digital media buying platforms and strategies.
- Manage budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources, and provide recommendations for budget adjustments.
- Conduct thorough pre-campaign research, analyzing audience size, affinities, available advertising tactics, and recommending the most effective deployment of resources.
Job Requirements
- Experience in a Digital Agency environment is a must
- 3-5 years of experience in digital media planning and buying.
- Search Engine Marketing Experience
- Proven ability to translate performance data into actionable insights using quantitative analysis
- High proficiency in Microsoft office.
- Analytical and data-driven mindset.
- Able to synthesize information and turn insights into actions
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and establishing process to drive initiatives forward
- Strong understanding of audience development in all stages of the marketing funnel pertaining to the sale of physical products
- Experience in Snapchat, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Google Ads, portals, and supplier relations.
- Experience in monitoring and managing campaigns.
- Good mathematical and analytical skills.
- Experience in reporting, Google Analytics, and App.
