Job Description

  1. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  2. Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry-specific platforms, to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
  3. Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates to evaluate their skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  4. Coordinate and conduct interviews, both in-person and remotely, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
  5. Guide candidates through the hiring process, providing information, answering questions, and addressing concerns.
  6. Conduct reference checks and background screenings to verify candidate information.
  7. Provide recommendations and advice to hiring managers regarding candidate selection, considering both technical qualifications and cultural fit.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends, recruitment best practices, and changes in the manufacturing sector to enhance recruitment strategies.
  9. Collaborate with HR partners to ensure seamless onboarding of new hires.
  10. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and documentation in the applicant tracking system (ATS) or other relevant tools.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant experience.
  2. Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably with a focus on manufacturing or related industries.
  3. Strong understanding of manufacturing roles, processes, and requirements.
  4. Familiarity with sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches and the use of recruitment tools and platforms.
  5. Excellent interviewing and assessment skills to evaluate candidates effectively.
  6. Solid understanding of employment laws, regulations, and best practices related to recruitment and hiring.
  7. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  8. Ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  9. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
  10. Professional certifications in HR or recruitment (e.g., PHR, AIRS, LinkedIn Recruiter) are a plus.
