Job Description
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitor offerings and new marketing opportunities
• Brainstorm to come up with branding ideas, graphic designs, promotional materials
• Work with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing programs
• Discover effective marketing and promotional channels, including media platforms
• Create goals and objectives to approach customers through appropriate marketing channels (digital and traditional)
• Run marketing campaigns including social media and email marketing
• Assist in the creation, scheduling, and management of content for social media
• Assist in managing and updating the company website as required
• Coordinate with all concerned parties to guarantee adequate planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing activities
• Stay up to date with market and online trends relevant to the brand for ensuring campaigns and promotions are relevant within each market
• Analyze marketing data including campaign results, conversion rates, and online traffic in order to improve future marketing strategies and campaigns
• Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through networking and prospecting
• Assist in marketing activities such as events planning, advertising, optimization and content development
Job Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in Marketing, preferable in digital marketing
• Excellent analytical and data analysis skills
• Strong communication (verbal & written) and negotiation skills
• Excellent English Proficiency (verbal & written)
• In-depth knowledge of traditional and digital marketing and market research methods
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
