• Setting targets and developing the annual sales plan.
• Determine the appropriate strategies to implement the objectives.
• Hire and training of sales representatives.
• Follow-up of sales representatives, coordination and organization among them.
• Achieving expected monthly sales.
•Visit/contact current and prospective physicians and medical centers for viewing Offer & Pricing Opportunities.
• Monitoring goals and following up on their implementation.
• Distributing tasks to the work team, giving directions, and distributing sales areas to them.
• Monitoring and following up the market and its movement.
• Monitoring sales and completing deals and preparing their reports.
• Follow up the after-sales service process with clients.
• Communicate with existing clients and work to attract new clients to the organization.
• Promote new services to existing and potential customers.
• Develop and update information about services and provide them to clients.
• Provide services to customers and explain their advantages
• Solving customer problems.
• Preparing and submitting performance and sales reports.
Job Requirements
- Academic qualification: Bachelor's degree in the medical field (human medicine - pharmacy - science - veterinary medicine)
- Years of experience: 3-5 years in the field of medical sales
- Skills: negotiation and selling skills / good looking
- Proficiency in English
