Senior Operations Specialist

Cultiv is searching for a driven and customer-focused Senior Travel Advisor to join our team, supporting a leading Saudi travel agency. In this role, you'll leverage your travel expertise and exceptional interpersonal skills to craft dream vacations for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Handling customer requests email/calls.
  • Offline Quotations “Hotels, Flights, Transfers, Sightseeing, Car rental, Trains, Cruises, etc.”
  • Tailor Made Packages
  • Amendment requests
  • Cancellations & waiver requests
  • Relocations
  • Special requests
  • MICE bookings
  • Making on behalf online bookings, amendments, cancellations, waivers, etc.…
  • Report offline confirmed services on the system.
  • Reconciling online bookings/Reviewer of errors
  • Inbound and Outbound calls to customers and suppliers.
• Selling transportations, accommodations, insurance and other travel services.
• Cooperating with clients to determine their needs and advising them appropriate destinations, modes of transportations, travel dates, costs and accommodations.
• Providing relevant information, brochures and publications.
• Book transportation, make hotel reservations and collect payment/fees.
• Deal with occurring travel problems, complaints or refunds.
• Enhance customer knowledge about the destinations.
• Professional writing for reports, letters, emails, and other communications in English and Arabic.
• Work is usually 5 days a week (shift-based), but urgent matters may need to be handled 24/7 in exceptional circumstances.
