Job Description
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Able to adapt to client needs and modify drawings accordingly.
- Handles the handover of units to clients.
- Works closely with clients to ensure their changes align with the company’s guidelines.
- Experienced in design and architectural drawings.
- Willing to explore different scopes, expand field expertise, and take on new challenges.
- Stays updated with industry trends, materials, and technologies.
- Proficient in Revit, AutoCad, and various rendering engines
- Previous Site experience is preferred.* Responsible for organizing tasks, paperwork, and schedules for the entire department, and reporting to the Head of Department.
- Understands contracts and acts as the communication link between the entire department and the Head of Department.
- Ensures that all tasks are completed correctly.
- Follows up on client inquiries and ensures they are handled properly.
- Communicates and coordinates with the Resale Department.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as office coordinator or in a similar role
- Experience in customer service will be a plus
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles and office management systems and procedures
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office, “back-office” and accounting software
- Working knowledge of office equipment (e.g. optical scanner)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Reliable with patience and professionalism
- Associate’s/College degree; BSc/Ba in business administration or relevant field is a plus
