Job Description

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
  • Able to adapt to client needs and modify drawings accordingly.
  • Handles the handover of units to clients.
  • Works closely with clients to ensure their changes align with the company’s guidelines.
  • Experienced in design and architectural drawings.
  • Willing to explore different scopes, expand field expertise, and take on new challenges.
  • Stays updated with industry trends, materials, and technologies.
  • Proficient in Revit, AutoCad, and various rendering engines
  • Previous Site experience is preferred.* Responsible for organizing tasks, paperwork, and schedules for the entire department, and reporting to the Head of Department.
  • Understands contracts and acts as the communication link between the entire department and the Head of Department.
  •  Ensures that all tasks are completed correctly.
  • Follows up on client inquiries and ensures they are handled properly.
  • Communicates and coordinates with the Resale Department.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as office coordinator or in a similar role
  • Experience in customer service will be a plus
  • Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles and office management systems and procedures
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office, “back-office” and accounting software
  • Working knowledge of office equipment (e.g. optical scanner)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Reliable with patience and professionalism
  • Associate’s/College degree; BSc/Ba in business administration or relevant field is a plus
