Job Description

Participates cooperatively with the assembly manager in implementing the production plan of the plant and bearing in mind future growth.
Develop, evaluate and improve assembly methods by utilizing knowledge of materials, parts, assembly processes, lean initiatives, tooling, production equipment capabilities and quality control standards.
Analyze processes, cycle timing work-studies, balance tasks to meet time requirement.
Analyze and solve any accidental / frequent production problems or any bottlenecks.
Plan and implement preparations for new models; analyze tool needs, design new special tools and launch new processes.
Ensure that the targeted quality standards are applied before, during and after production.
Follow up the audit systems and react with the corrective action to improve the quality to reach the target audit points.
Estimate production needs, staff requirements and related costs to procure information for management decisions.
Lead, Motivate and supervise his subordinates in the different production stations.
Improves employees’ technical competencies and training activities.
Appraises the performance of his subordinates and checks employee’s reports in his shop.
Follow up the health and safety regulations and follow up the company policy and training systems related to that issue.
Participates in setting the electrical and mechanical preventive maintenance plans with the maintenance supervisor in his assembly shop.
Fully aware of international standards related to Integrated Management System (ISO/TS 16949:2002, ISO14001:2004, ISO 18001:1999, and BAMC procedures and regulations)"

Job Requirements

BS of Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or Engineering.
2 - 4 years of experience within Automotive or Heavy Industries Production field.
Knowledge with Lean Manufacturing & Six Sigma concepts.
Strong Leadership & Analytical Skills.
Process Management awareness.
Excellent command of English.
