Job Description
- Analyze current production processes and identify opportunities for improvement to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and lower costs.
- Assist in developing and implementing production schedules to meet customer demand and optimize resource utilization.
- Work closely with the Quality Control team to ensure products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Diagnose and resolve production issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain smooth operations.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure machinery and equipment are properly maintained and calibrated.
- Lead or participate in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Kaizen initiatives to drive operational excellence
- Supervise production staff and operators on the shop floor, ensuring adherence to processes, safety standards, and quality requirements.
- Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and other support teams to facilitate seamless production flow.
- Provide technical guidance, training, and mentoring to production staff, junior engineers, and technicians on new processes, equipment, and best practices.
- Prepare and maintain detailed reports, process documentation, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure all production activities comply with company safety policies and regulatory standards.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree of Engineering
- Strong Leadership Skills.
- Lean Manufacturing, lean six sigma background is preferable
- Very good communication skills
- Very good command of English language
- Very good command of MS Office skills
- Analytical skills.
