Job Description
1、 Advertisement release, maintenance and update
2、 Resume collection and screening
3、 Interview arrangement and assessment
4、 Summarize the problems existing in the recruitment work, put forward reasonable suggestions to optimize the recruitment system and process, and complete the recruitment analysis report;
5、 Responsible for the establishment of enterprise talent pool, resume management and information confidentiality
6、Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
Job Requirements
1、Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter or similar role from 1 to 3 years.
2、 bachelor’s degree or above. HR diploma is a plus
3、 Excellent analytical and problem-solving thinking and skills, excellent communication skills
4、 Good English and Microsoft office skills
