Job Description
- Scan the Market for potential Vendors and draft deals with them.
- Lead the vendor integration process starting from product selection, datasheet preparation, photo shooting to final product upload.
- Negotiate deals and promotions on seasonal occasions with vendors to maximize sales from all assigned accounts.
- Follow up on new products from existing vendors, and lead regular stock updates.
- Follow up on regular basis with vendors on products low or out of stock.
- Build strategic relationships with vendors.
- Create purchasing contracts for retail vendors.
- Work on increasing SKUs, and adding new products category.
- Coordinate with the marketing team on seasonal promotional and discuss with vendors to get promotional deals
- Analyzing sales performance and consumer buying patterns.
- Negotiate with vendors for promotions, exclusivity, price leadership.
- Negotiate commission with vendors
- Create a category product mix in terms of category, brand, pricing.
- Planning and forecast for the seasonal product.
- Managing relationship and performance for top marketplace sellers.
- Monitoring competitors, market conditions, and new entrants
- Plan and Manage promotions, merchandising to grow business for accounts managed.
- Solving seller issues by working with internal and external teams
- Monitoring vendors' fulfillment, returns, products performance
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years in a similar position in the e-commerce field
- Good negotiation skills
- High on interpersonal skills
- Ability to work at a fast pace and under pressure
- Good analytical skills
- Awareness of the latest market trends and tastes
- Good team player
- Have familiarity with Beauty & Salons sector is a PLUS (Preferred)
