Medical Procurement Specialist - Cairo Specialized Hospital

Responsible for:

• Receiving the purchase request and issuing purchase orders, then send it to the suppliers/ vendors to complete the purchasing process.
• following up with the suppliers/ vendors the purchase orders.
• Negotiating with suppliers for lowest prices, best quality and longest payment period.
• executing all transactions on the supply chain system.
• Coordinating and align with the warehouse department the delivery time to ensure the stores availability.
• Order goods on an ongoing bases to maintain certain stock levels.
• report to the direct manager the suppliers evaluation.
• preparing the frequent reports to the direct manager. (daily, weekly, Monthly …. etc)
