Job Description
- Promote assigned products to physicians, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals through in-person visits, presentations, and detailing sessions.
- Manage and optimize the assigned territory by planning daily visits, maintaining customer records, and ensuring full coverage of healthcare facilities.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs as assigned by the sales management team.
- Ensure all activities comply with internal policies, local laws, industry regulations, and the company’s ethical standards.
- Submit timely and accurate reports (daily visit reports, expense claims, and territory insights) using the CRM or reporting tools provided.
Job Requirements
-Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy/Veterinary.
- From 1- 2 years of experience in the same role
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Valid driving license
