Job Description
Policy Management:
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and updating HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure company policies are communicated effectively to employees.
Documentation and Records:
- Organize and manage confidential HR documentation securely.
- Prepare necessary HR documents, such as employment letters, follow up for onboarding documents and reports.
Administration:
- Support daily HR operations, including managing correspondence and scheduling meetings.
- Oversee administrative tasks related to onboarding and offboarding employees.
- Ensure all HR-related documentation is aligned with organizational standards and legal requirements.
Dental Medical Insurance Management:
- Administer and manage employee dental medical insurance plans.
- Act as the primary contact for employee insurance inquiries and claims.
- Monitor and resolve any issues related to coverage or benefits.
Employee Relations:
- Respond to employee inquiries about policies, documentation, and benefits.
- Support initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction related to benefits and compliance.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with HR documentation .
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software systems.
- High level of attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
