Job Description
Archer Solutions is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to run the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.
Very important:
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN ERP PROVIDERS COMPANY, PREFERABLY ODOO
Responsibilities:
- Administer compensation and benefit plans
- Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
- Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
- Promote HR policies to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
- Undertake tasks around performance management
- Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates
- Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
- Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations
Job Requirements
- MUST: Proven experience as an HR Generalist in ERP provider company, preferably Odoo
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
- Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Good in English
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Aptitude in problem-solving
- Good knowledge of using HR systems (e.g. Odoo HR) will be a plus
