Managing development files and managing sales
Managing development files:
- Managing new projects like" launching a new product"
- Doing a market study.
- Doing an economic feasibility study
- Presenting the economic feasibility study to the senior management and approving its implementation
- Coordination with all departments of the company (supply, planning and marketing) to implement the product.
- Training customer service, sales, technical support, production and customers on the new product.
- Coordinating with the marketing department to create advertising campaigns for the product.
- Determine the sales target based on the approved feasibility study and supervise sales until the target is achieved
- Handing over the project to the concerned departments and moving to a new project.
- Preparing financial statements "income statement, budget, cash flow" for new projects and studies
- Preparing monthly reports.
- Develop procedures in all departments.
managing sales:
- Managing the sales team
- Distribute the annual sales target to the sales team to become a weekly target
- Ensure that sellers achieve their weekly goals, discuss their reports, and solve any problem that hinders reaching the goal
- Analyzing sales reports and making suggestions to the General Manager to increase sales within the company's vision.
