Job Description
- Handle all communications between the technical office team and site teams during the project
- Handle all official communications (emails, letters, drawings, samples, etc.) between PM and the clients.
- Coordinate needed approvals from the client to support project progress
- Determining all the required materials for approval and supply.
- Follow up on projects actions and activity list
- Preparation of meeting materials and presentations
- Dealing with different stakeholders in strategic projects
- Participating in pre-sales activities
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, and project templates
- Set up and track projects milestones
- Develop and maintain projects schedules
- Perform daily follow-up with all relevant stakeholders to track and monitor progress
- Identifies and resolves issues and conflicts within the project team
- Follow-up on project status and modify plans to mitigate risk and ensure success
- Publishes daily/weekly status reports that provide project progress reports to the project team and stakeholders
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
Job Requirements
- Bachelor in Engineering
- 1-3 years of experience in the same role
- Strong teamwork, presentation, and client-facing skills
- High ability to deal with multi- or unstructured tasks
- Efficient management of deadlines
- Self-driven and eager to learn
- Excellent planning abilities
- Excellent command of spoken and written Arabic and English languages
