Job Description
- Identify the customer needs, the size of their dealings and their procurement plan.
- Work on attracting new customers by offering company products.
- Responsible for ordering samples from warehouse and sending them to customers.
- Receive tenders and attend the tender’s sessions.
- Prepare offers for tenders.
- Follow-up on Tenders results.
- Receive purchase orders from Customers.
- Follow up on Customers Deliveries.
- Registering the company with a list of suppliers for all companies operating in the public and private sectors.
- Review and distribute periodic reports as requested.
- Ensure that all product information is known and delivered effectively to customers.
- Keep Customer Database updated.
Job Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- 3-5 years’ Experience in import & export and Customer Service role.
- Ability to work pro-actively, anticipating and resolving customer issues.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office programs specifically Excel and Word
- Degree holder in Business administration or related discipline preferred.
