Job Description

  • Identify the customer needs, the size of their dealings and their procurement plan.
  • Work on attracting new customers by offering company products.
  • Responsible for ordering samples from warehouse and sending them to customers.
  • Receive tenders and attend the tender’s sessions.
  • Prepare offers for tenders.
  • Follow-up on Tenders results.
  • Receive purchase orders from Customers.
  • Follow up on Customers Deliveries.
  • Registering the company with a list of suppliers for all companies operating in the public and private sectors.
  • Review and distribute periodic reports as requested.
  • Ensure that all product information is known and delivered effectively to customers.
  • Keep Customer Database updated.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • 3-5 years’ Experience in import & export and Customer Service role.
  • Ability to work pro-actively, anticipating and resolving customer issues.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office programs specifically Excel and Word
  • Degree holder in Business administration or related discipline preferred.
