O7 Therapy is looking for a Product Owner to improve our service to make it better, faster, and more user-friendly. You are responsible for producing technology solutions from concept to delivery that satisfy customer needs in alignment with our overall strategy. Strong understanding of latest industry trends and content management systems are essential in this role.

Responsibilities

• Drive product launches including working with engineering, production, marketing and other product management team members.
• Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI.
• Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.
• Work cross-functionally to gather responsibilities, customer feedback, and communicate priorities.
• Analyze metrics to understand customer and product performance.
