Job Description
- Collect attendance and training feedback of all internal and external trainings delivered; consolidate and report results (training)
- Assist in implementation of on-job training programs for stores staff to increase the performance efficiency. (training)
- Assist in reviewers and reviewees in performance appraisal process to ensure completion on time and according to Spinneys standards
- Assist in all engagement and communication activities carried out in line with department business plan and targets
- Collect assessment results and share feedback with candidates in timely manner to ensure pool of talent is effectively managed
- Create/update company organization structures and demographics report to share with colleagues periodically
- Consolidate reports collected from branches and submit to department manager in timely manner (reporting)
- Ensure implementation of all department related policies
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Fluent English is necessary.
- Basic knowledge of organizational development (OD) functions.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in performance management is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge and experience in training coordination.
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office.
