Job Description
- Support the IT Manager in maintaining robust and efficient IT infrastructure across all logistics hubs and offices.
- Ensure uptime and performance of logistics and warehouse management systems (WMS), transportation management systems (TMS), GPS tracking, and ERP systems.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues related to logistics operations.
- Assist in implementing and maintaining cybersecurity protocols to protect sensitive logistics and customer data.
- Monitor the performance of critical IT systems and conduct routine maintenance checks.
- Provide training and support to users on logistics software applications.
- Help integrate new technologies to enhance supply chain visibility and data analytics.
- Maintain accurate IT documentation, including network diagrams, system configurations, and asset inventory.
- Assist in IT budget planning, procurement, and vendor negotiations.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, data protection regulations, and company standards.
Job Requirements
- BSc degree in computer science, information systems, or any related major.
- Minimum 8 years of experience.
- Experience in the logistics companies is a must
- Hands-on experience with WMS, TMS, GPS fleet tracking systems, and ERP integrations.
- Strong knowledge of networks, servers, cloud platforms and database management.
