Job Description
- Identify and assess IT training needs across departments.
- Develop and implement comprehensive IT training programs and materials.
- Manage and mentor a team of IT trainers to ensure effective training delivery.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements.
- Collaborate with IT department heads and HR to align training with organizational objectives.
- Stay updated with the latest technology trends and training methodologies.
- Manage training budgets, resources, and schedules efficiently.
Job Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Experience
- Proven experience (15+ years) in IT Digital Transformation leadership, IT Training Management, Systems Implementation, and Project Management is a plus.
- Proven lifecycle experience regarding ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, and Infor.
Skills
- Strong background in information technology and training development.
- Experience in instructional design, e-learning platforms, and adult learning principles.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to assess training effectiveness and implement improvements.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
