Job Description
- Provide technical expertise to the sales team during the presales process.

- Develop and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations.

- Present technical information to customers and answer any queries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and customers.
- Create detailed design documentation, including schematics and technical specifications.
- Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals.
- Keep up-to-date records of customer interactions and proposals.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment of technical solutions with customer requirements.
- Collaborate with the project implementation team to ensure smooth transition from presales to project execution.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in presales engineering, particularly in light current systems
(e.g., security, fire alarm, audio-visual, building management, SC, Network).
- Proven track record of successful technical solution design and customer engagements.
- In-depth knowledge of light current systems and technologies.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
