Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Oracle SCM & MFG Functional Consultant to support O2C & P2P activities as part of ERP operation team in Oracle EBS environment. The ideal candidate will possess medium expertise in Oracle SCM and MFG modules, with experience managing end-to-end life cycle implementations and functional testing in dynamic environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and map them to Oracle SCM & MFG functionalities.
Perform O2C & P2P testing activities, ensuring accurate execution and alignment with project goals.
Provide functional expertise in Oracle Supply Chain and Manufacturing modules in Oracle EBS Environment.
Manage end-to-end implementation, including configuration, integration, testing, and support.
Identify, document, and resolve issues during testing and implementation phases.
Ensure seamless project go-live by coordinating with stakeholders and addressing functional gaps.
Deliver training and knowledge transfer to end-users and internal teams as needed.

Job Requirements

3-5 years of experience in Oracle SCM/MFG tracks.
Oracle certifications in SCM or MFG modules are a plus.
Prior experience in large-scale project go-live scenarios.
Familiarity with Agile or similar project methodologies.
Strong expertise in Oracle SCM and MFG modules, with specific focus on O2C and P2P processes.
Proficiency in end-to-end lifecycle management, including testing, implementation, and support.
Ability to analyze and resolve functional and technical issues effectively.
Strong communication skills for interaction with stakeholders, end-users, and technical teams.
Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
