- Gathering and documenting customer requirements
- Designing and implementing CRM system modules
- Developing technical documentation for projects and SOW
- Integrating CRM systems with other applications i.e. ERP, BI tools, etc...
- Delivering technical and user training for customers in projects

Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Computer science, information systems or business information system majors
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant role
- PHP and MySQL
- Good command of Windows Server and Active directory administration
- Good command of RedHat Linux
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Basic knowledge about CRM concept and modules is a plus
- UI/UX skills is a plus
- Good presentation and communication skills
- Fluent in English spoken and written
- Self-learner with analytical thinking approach
- Problem solving skills
- Works effectively within a team
