Job Description
- Design, develop, and implement custom solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Customize and configure Dynamics 365 applications to meet business requirements.
- Develop and maintain integrations with other systems using APIs and middleware.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Dynamics 365 CRM issues.
- Conduct system testing and validation to ensure quality and performance.
- Create and maintain documentation for customizations, configurations, and integrations.
- Stay updated on the latest Dynamics 365 features and best practices.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 CRM Developer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM functionalities and customization options.
- Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
- Familiarity with Azure services and cloud-based solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
