Job Description
- Full Stack Team Leader with deep expertise in Node.js, React, and MongoDB to lead our development team.
- You will be responsible for guiding a team of developers, designing scalable systems, and ensuring the successful delivery of web applications and platforms.
- Lead and mentor a team of front-end and back-end developers.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Node.js, React, and MongoDB.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
- Review code, ensure best practices, and maintain high standards for quality and performance.
- Set timelines, delegate tasks, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the stack.
- Stay up to date with the latest development trends and technologies.
Job Requirements
- Strong proficiency in:
- Node.js (Express.js, RESTful APIs)
- React.js (Hooks, Context API, Redux)
- MongoDB (Aggregation, Performance Optimization)
- Experience with Git, CI/CD, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) is a plus.
- Previous experience in a leadership or senior developer role.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with TypeScript.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Background in system architecture and microservices.
- Ability to conduct performance reviews and provide technical feedback.
