Job Description
- Participate in company business plan(budget tactics, policies, procedures and programs)
- Analyze trends in compensation & benefits, researches and proposes competitive base and incentive pay programs.
- Support in performance management cycle and ensure that all employees are well communicated.
- Support & develop line managers in driving a performance culture through coaching ,succession planning discussions and facilitating talent assessments.
