Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced HR Supervisor to join our organization. The HR Supervisor will play a pivotal role in supporting various HR functions and will be primarily responsible for recruitment, training, and organizational development (OD) activities. The ideal candidate should have 4 to 8 years of relevant experience in HR activities and possess a strong understanding of recruitment processes, training methodologies, and OD practices.
Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, create job descriptions, and develop effective job advertisements.
- Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and reference checks.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Assist in conducting background checks and verifying employment eligibility.
- Coordinate and participate in recruitment events, such as job fairs or campus recruitment drives.
2. Training:
- Collaborate with direct manager and departmental managers to identify training needs and develop training programs.
- Coordinate and schedule training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
- Assist in the creation and delivery of training materials, including presentations, handouts, and online resources.
- Track and maintain training records for employees and ensure compliance with training requirements.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements based on feedback and performance results.
3. Organizational Development (OD):
- Support OD initiatives and programs aimed at enhancing employee engagement, performance, and productivity.
- Assist in conducting employee surveys, analyzing data, and preparing reports for management.
- Coordinate and facilitate employee development programs, such as mentoring or coaching.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and monitor OD interventions.
- Assist in change management initiatives, including communication and training plans.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4 to 8 years of experience in HR, preferably with exposure to recruitment, training, and OD activities.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques.
- Familiarity with various training methodologies and tools.
- Understanding of organizational development concepts and practices.
- Proficient in using HRIS, ATS, and other HR-related software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
