Job Description

Compiles data about the type of building, areas from the Technical Office department, and price schemes approved by the top management in order to create the project’s database.

Manages and updates the database as requested.

Responsible for supervising sales operations and tools from the CRM.

Develop and follow up on workflow and sales cycle.

Ensure all Company’s policies and procedures are met.

Work with the operations manager and others to help keep businesses running smoothly.

Records any amendments requested by clients to be added to the database.

Creates the company’s inventory to record any transactions for the units.

Prepares sales documentation in case of booking, reserving or buying units.

Prepares and sends calculation sheet to the Sales team with full details about the price of the unit and payment terms.

Creates sales contracts to the database sheet to update the project’s status.

Sends the updated inventory to the Sales department after any sales transaction to avoid any overlapping in the selling of units.

Follows up the booked and reserved units to ensure deadlines are met.

Creates and distributes daily, weekly and monthly sales analytics.

Supports and coaches the Sales Operations team in preparing clients’ contracts

Follows up with the documents which need to be signed by overseas clients.

Monitors agreements and approvals in accordance with the Operations Manager.

Maintains an audit file for each unit which will include a copy of URF, payment, contract, and required documents.

Job Requirements

  • Proven work experience in a Sales Operations or similar role
  • Strong understanding of the sales process to support the sales team
  • Analytical skills to interpret sales data to make suggestions on how to improve the sales process
  • Experience working with different teams and departments to streamline onboarding and reporting
  • Relevant training and/or certifications in Sales Operations preferred
