Job Description
- Increase food safety culture inside the facility.
- Conducting internal audits.
- Align with operation to comply with the pre-requisite programs.
- Participate in investigation of incidents relative to FS, review the needed actions, follow up on the action plan and modify the preparedness for emergencies' plan.
- participate in inspection plan in the site (monthly internal, daily inspection (
- Responsible for monitoring, and programming critical control points.
- Responsible for monitoring and product food safety and quality throughout the manufacturing process.
- Deliver training for site, internal and outsourcing employees.
- Responsible for performing clean verification testing on equipment and other areas required.
- Ensures employees are following all Food Safety Program.
- Participate in Develop, review, and validate HACCP, food defense & food fraud studies.
- Keeping the site prepared for the BRC, ISO22000, ISO 9001 & NFSA audits at any time.
- contribute to pick up a pest controller for the site, review the IPM program suggested by the contractor, follow up the execution.
- Define and update the specific quality procedures, instructions, and tools in technical expertise to have a clear path of the requested objectives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Food Science or Equivalent relative to Field Expertise.
- 0- 2 Years of experience in a similar field.
- Good command of English language (Speaking, Reading and writing).
- Good command of Microsoft Office.
- Must be able to work in a team environment.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, effectively under pressure, and deadline-oriented environment.
