Job Description

  • Handling certifications of BRCGs, ISO 9001, ISO 22000, Halal, ….
  • Updating and reviewing SOPs, Plans, Specs and Quality Reports
  • Conducting internal Audits
  • Following up customer complaints by making investigations with correcting and preventing actions
  • Following up daily, quarter and annual chemical and microbiological analysis 
  • Following up NCR sheet and assuring closing of open CAPA with all departments
  • Creating and implementing quality assurance processes and procedures.
  • Lead and mentor QA team members

 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree of Science .
  • High knowledge of food safety principles.
  • HACCP.
  • BRCGs or FSSC.
  • Ability in explanation and presentation.
  • Project management and problem solving.
