Job Description
- Perform quality checks on raw materials, in-process, and finished products
- Monitor product labeling, weight, and packaging accuracy
- Conduct hygiene inspections in production, packaging, and storage areas
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities, equipment, and processes to ensure compliance with quality control and hygiene standards.
- Ensure employee hygiene and GMP compliance
- Verify cleaning and sanitation records and activities
- Report non-conformities and hygiene violations
- Maintain quality and hygiene checklists and records
- Support internal audits and food safety inspections
- Assist in training workers on hygiene and quality standards
- Escalate issues to the Quality Coordinator or Factory Manager
Job Requirements
- 2-4 years of proven experience in quality control, hygiene inspection, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles, hygiene standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience with inspection tools, sampling techniques, and laboratory testing procedures.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for training and reporting.
- Proficiency in maintaining accurate records and preparing detailed reports.
- Familiarity with workplace safety protocols and hazard identification.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Willingness to work on-site (on-premises) as required.
