Job Description
- Lead the day-to-day activities of the Quality Control department.
- Implement and monitor quality control systems to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Ensure adherence to HACCP, GMP, and other food safety and quality protocols.
- Develop and deliver training programs on SPC, HACCP, and SOPs to production and QC staff.
- Maintain accurate records of product evaluations and key quality indicators.
- Participate in root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Control, preferably in the FMCG or food industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Agriculture or Pharmacy.
- Strong leadership and organizational capabilities.
- Strong knowledge of quality systems, process control, and food safety standards.
- Familiarity with ISO and BRC standards is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Residency in October City is required
