Job description

Ensuring the quality and reliability of our software applications through rigorous testing and validation processes. You will work closely with developers, product managers to identify issues, suggest improvements, and verify fixes.

Responsibilities:

Analyze software requirements and design test cases accordingly.
Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing.
Identify, document, and track bugs using issue-tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla).
Collaborate with development and product teams to clarify features and resolve issues.
Ensure that software releases meet quality standards before deployment.
Develop and maintain automated test scripts (if applicable).
Conduct performance and load testing when required.
Participate in review meetings and provide feedback on test coverage and risks.
Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and healthcare industry regulations.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
4-7 years’ experience in testing desktop and system
Solid knowledge of software testing concepts.
Excellent knowledge of Manual Testing concepts and skills
Ability to meet deadlines, Ability to use new products and new techniques, and desire to learn and work with a variety of technologies.
White-box testing (is plus)
TFS (Team Foundation Server) knowledge is a plus.
