Job Description

  • Customer service representative at the NBE Bank in 5th settlement PREMISES AND OCTOBER  .
  • Solve customer problems through calls.
  • Managing large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner
  • Following call center “scripts” when handling different topics
  • Identifying customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions

Job Requirements

  • V.GOOD up to EXCELLENT English is a MUST
  • Max age 28
  • Cairo residence only (marg , 15th may , kanater are excluded)
  • 6 Months experience in one company prefered a telecom industry or hotel industry 
  • Males only 
  • Grads Only 
  • MUST have NO RELATIVES (1st , 2nd , 3rd degree)  working in the NBE
  • Good communication skills
  • Rotational shifts (24 H) , rotational weekends (2 days off)
  • 8 working hours , 1 hour break
  • Training duration is 2 months (Paid)
  • Transportation Provided once login
