Job Summary
- Responsibility for the work of the legal department, which is divided into: cases and courts, investigations and drafting contracts (all contracts of the company and everything related to it) and (customers of the company in all locations and service and administrative contracts). And dealing with government and judicial agencies.
- The process of comprehensive linking between all departments of the company so that each department does not work in a different direction from the other in terms of drafting the company's contracts with any third party.
Strategic Duties:
- Responsibility for the work of the legal department, which is divided into: cases and courts, investigations and drafting contracts (all contracts of the company and everything related to it) and (customers of the company in all locations and service and administrative contracts). And dealing with government and judicial agencies.
Operational Duties:
- Periodic follow-up of all details of issues and other administrative work.
- Prepare special reports on the works and the extent of their completion and what has been done with them and what is intended to be completed and the dates of renewals of the company and its licenses and all its legal papers so that the company is not exposed to legal and material problems due to the non-termination of these papers, and so that the company's position is legal correct.
- Dealing with all government agencies and ending all the company's papers in these bodies and entities and finally must be fully coordinated between the Department of Legal Affairs and all other departments of the company for the benefit of the company. (e.g. Electricity Utility – Industrial Development Authority).
- Ensure that the wording of the terms of contracts with the second party is clear and unambiguous, to ensure the full rights of the parties in line with the interest of the company under the balance of the contract of course.
- Drafting and keeping contracts copied and electronically and providing basic information about the contract, (expiry date and notice to choose regarding the renewal of the contract, prices, address etc. .. in order to preserve the rights of the company) and of course each contract has its data, circumstances and different location.
- Building relationships with the company's clients as well as legal institutions that in turn provide the necessary legal support.
- Develop legal strategies and public policies to help reduce lawsuits and overcome disagreements and problems with other parties. (This is done by avoiding any clauses in the contracts that may be disputed or are then the responsibility of the company.)
- Monitor the new laws and regulations that are issued and all new laws issued in the field of activity of the company.
- Representation before the courts, legal institutions and other various state bodies.
- Tasks of investigating directly with employees under the title of the job of head of department in violations.
- Prepare periodic reports on all the tasks of the legal department to be presented to the director of the department and the Chairman of the Board of Directors.
- Review complaints and provide legal guidance to resolve them and preserve the rights of complainants and management.
- Commitment to achieve all strategic objectives on time as planned and expected.
- Commitment to make a complete archive of all papers related to legal affairs.
- Perform any other responsibilities requested by the Direct Director as well as the Chairman and Managing Director.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Law.
- Experience of at least 6 years.
- Special skills in dealing with courts and various government agencies.
- Diploma in Civil Law, Diploma in Drafting and Amendments of Contracts Arabic-English
- Diplomas for new positive laws, electricity laws, executive and regulatory regulations.
- Public Relations Courses.
- Advanced English Language is a must.
- High Communication skills.
