Innovative Seller (6 October)

1.Assist clients in introducing different products, providing a tour of the showroom, and discussing the client’s needs (design, price, interiors, etc.) to assist them in the decision-making process, promoting brand image and thus achieving sales targets. 

2. Prepare quotations for customers to be able to purchase the products from the organization’s distributors. 

3. Assist and sell to “Others” directly to drive traffic and increase sales through word-of-mouth. 

4. Provide technical consultation to co-workers in all showrooms to help them achieve their goals and support them in resolving any issue they face. 

5. Ensure that all product prices have been updated on the system in order to guarantee that customers receive accurate quotations. 

6. Schedule showroom shifts to hinder any overlap and to ensure fairness between co-workers in the showrooms.

 7. Conduct market research to understand market conditions and propose new product ideas accordingly.

 8. Communicate with the plants to follow up on new products and to ensure that old products reach them safely.
