Job Overview:
As a Junior Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for providing operational support to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of various business processes. You will work closely with other team members and departments to contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Job Responsibilities:
- Vessel Manifest submission to various ports.
- Documents review.
- Maintain internal records.
- Data Entry to ERP system.
- Updating & Maintaining the company's online vessel & port Line Up.
- vessel tracking.
- Keep good relations with current clients.
- Issue and maintain Delivery orders.
Job Requirements
- Alexandria Residents only.
- Bachelor Degree.
- Very good English. (Will be examined)
- Excellent command of the Microsoft Office package (Word-Excel-Outlook). (Will be examined)
- Excellent communication skills.
- Familiarity with shipping incoterms is a plus.
- Familiarity with ERP Systems is a plus.
